Adam helped me to use my digital card while i didn't have my actual card. Adam was great really appreciated it keep up the great work”

“Had to go into the this bank on Friday 8/11/2023 because my phone was hacked last Thursday. The hacker changed my Chase mobile app password so I had no access to my account. Needless so say I was stressed beyond belief. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me on Friday but he was very helpful. He helped me get back into my account. Fortunately nothing was taken. Then I had to go back to Chase on Monday 8/14/2023 because the hacker decided it would be fun to schedule crazy payments to some of my credit cards from my Chase account. I spoke with Joshua and he took care of the situation by calling the fraud department for me and explaining everything. Fortunately everything was caught in time and Chase already suspected something was not right. So glad they took care of all my issues and blocked the suspicious activity. Had the same account since about 1992. I've seen my bank go from Great Western Bank to Washington Mutual to Chase etc over the years. Ups and downs for sure with the previous banks but Chase has never let me down. Thanks so much guys! Glad I bank with you guys!”
