“Came in after I accidentally ripped off my valve stem going through a drive through car wash with a track lol. (*Note - they stop taking cars after 3:30pm on Fridays -so be there well before then.) Arrived at 3:00PM and saw that they were pretty slammed so didn't expect to get it back too promptly. I thought only the valve stem itself needed to be replaced after changing the tire to my spare, but they notified me I would need a new tire since the original was slashed as well. I waited for a bit but didn't mind because they were busy, until they notified me the tire needed to be replaced and that they would throw on a (used - but fairly new) tire they had removed from someone else's car with more tread than mine. I wasn't even upset, definitely pleasantly surprised. No longer than 5 minutes later, I was given my key back and was go to go at no charge. They might be really busy but they'll get you taken care of with good intentions in mind!”

“I took my car to super service of Aliso Viejo after visiting my usual and favorite car dealer for some repairs. My regular dealers price was in my opinion much higher than I felt it should have been. Afterwards my son called Super Service and everyone there was very polite helpful and inviting I got a little lost on my way there and was late for my appointment still they took my car in and had it back to me before the end of the day The price I paid was considerably lower than my dealers quote. “I have no idea how this car wash has an average of 3.4 Stars. I would strongly provide five stars*****! I have brought my car to this location where there was tremendous skidmarks and black paint on my white car. The body shop said it would cost $8900 to fix the paint. the folks here, particularly Oswaldo, for the price of A standard detail were able to get all of it off, and my car looked perfectly brand new. “This is just a comment to improve safety for drivers when leaving the gas station.
To whom it may concern:
I 'm going to this gas station all the time, to wash my car and to get gas as well.
I noticed some drivers are using the exit driveway as an entrance as a shortcut.
It is very clear the entrance has arrows painted on the ground as an entrance, but people do not follow.
When I was leaving the gas station, I met several times people driving at my exit blocking me out.
This situation can cause a car crash or an accident.
This section needs a big sign that states “DO NOT ENTER OR WRONG WAY”
Something like that, on the exit path from the gas station.
