No water, coffee, car wash , or pick up/drop off offered. It's not worth the $120 for the oil change, tire rotation and "multipoint inspection".

The woman at the parts department was a bit rude. Never acknowledged me even after I spoke to the cashier and she could definitely hear the conversation since we were right next to her. I was finally serviced after a while of waiting with no one else in line.
