“Visited for the first time after reading all of the outstanding Yelp reviews. Arrived at 830am sharp, and there was already a small line forming! On a Wednesday morning! I figure, this must be a great shop if people are lining up first thing in the morning. They took my details, had me leave my car - I just parked on the street since their lot is very small. A few hours later, I get a call confirming service and repairs, and by the end of the day, my car was ready for pickup. Overall, a painless experience, very affordable prices for parts and labor, and the guys here are all very nice. Will be my go-to auto shop for sure.”

“My check engine light came on after a long drive from Virginia. Mr. Lu checked out the whole car for me. The rear brakes were marginal but he discovered two tares in hoses related to the intake system. I had him go ahead and replace them. I picked up my car at the end of the day. I didn't even have to ask him to show me the old parts he replaced. He showed me them instantly to better explain the problem. Mr. Luu is a genuine car lover and pure mechanic. Thanks .”

Bill always figures inspects, diagnoses and outsources parts and services that most other mechanic shops wont venture into. If you are looking for a cheap mechanic, this is not the place, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. “My 120000mi 2014 Ford Focus had a sticky fork and clutch. Which needed a clutch job. Because it's a dual clutch transmission not too many shops knows how to do it or are willing to do perform the job. They did the clutch job with OE Luk Respet 07-233 clutch kit. Took the tranny down, pulls out the clutch and forks, slap in the new clutch and forks，put the tranny back, and reprogram the TCM. All done in 3 days. Now it shifts like a dream... even better compared to when I first bought it. No more random jerking and shuttering from time to time. The clutch kit cost about 800 ish. The repair labor cost was reasonable. (Way better than dealership). Highly recommended! If u love ur Ford Focus and had clutch issue, but it's out of the 10 year/150k mi clutch warranty and want to keep it pushing, go to them!”

“Needed a drive belt/tensioner replacement for my low mile (103k miles) 2014 Mazda6 Touring 6MT. The replacement cost, including the drive belt, belt tensioner pulley including labor, falls in line with the repair cost estimate range of RepairPal. Haines is straightforward, fair and honest in his pricing. The warranty for the replacement/parts/labor, is good for 1yr. This was my 1st time using his Mazda specialist expertise. If I had the time/parts and tools (plus a lift, to easily reach and remove the underside engine panels & clips), I would DIY the replacement myself. Otherwise, Haines is my go-to, for my current (and future) Mazdas, for repairs and maintenance work.”

Readily set and kept appointments. Was a perfectionist about the installation, which I greatly appreciated. He pointed out several of the non-idealities that occurred because of small mismatches with dimensions of aftermarket components... these were incredibly minor, and another installer probably wouldn't have said anything about them. But Mike is very conscientious and seems to really care about customer satisfaction. The final product (the multicomponent installation) was fantastic.
