I used to live down the street but moved to Orange County and I couldn't find a store comparable and I just left this store spending over 2 bills easily and I ordered another hoodie they didn't have in stock in my size and they're going to get it for me and that's what I call customer service!! Unfortunately today I had an unpleasant experience with an employee which is rare because again, most of the times I’ve came you’re greeted at the entrance and everyone’s friendly but the lady in the register THELMA was very unpleasant. She was kind of rude and I felt like she was rude to the male cashier which made me feel uneasy and awkward. He was super great at helping my son finding the right shin guards that he wanted. And as we browsed around the store, we found a pair of Culer socks that we have been looking for! The owner John is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable; racquet stringing turnaround time is typically a few hours! For me, that's a game changer considering I've always had to wait 1-2 weeks for stringing turnaround.I highly recommend this shop for all your tennis needs.”

“As soon as we entered this WSS we felt very welcome.A very nice and helpful man named Luis Martinez asked us if we needed any help finding a size, and he didn't have to do that .I say this because he could have just been very rude and careless .But Luis was just different.he actually cared about helping us , and I never felt like he was just doing his job.Instead he made us feel welcome and at peace.So since he asked us if we needed help finding a size we told him we needed a 6.5 size in white Air forces.He looked everywhere and then told us he swore he saw that size .But he still went out of his way to try and find the size at another store.But he still wouldn't give up.His co-worker told him maybe in the back of the store(because they have to put them there because they have no other space to put them).He the found the size of my shoes.We went to the cashier after thanking him, and he told me"Lucky u , I wish I would have gotten 2 pairs of shoes when I was little" ( I checked out with 2 pairs of shoes).I then replied to him by saying that, " It is because my birthday is coming up soon" , and as I said earlier he cared .Because he cared he asked me " really? When is ur birthday" I told him " August 2".He was so nice that he told me " okay then since ur birthday is coming soon I will give u my store discount".I said " Really , thank u thank u so much".After that we left.I will conclude by saying Luis Martinez helped us out from beginning to end,and he never gave up, aside from that's he was caring , and because of that he deserves everything in the world.Sincerely samantha delgado, and Aurora Delgado”

“Service was nice but they're not open during the posted business hours. Call ahead before going. Selection is limited because it is a small family -owned business. But according to other reviews, it appears they can order things for you. If that's the case, I can order things online myself. Price - know the retail price for what you're buying. I came to buy a gift knowing the price of the item. However, because of their limited selection, they had the item from another brand. After my purchase and doing further research online, it turns out I was overcharged by $20.”
