The computer I chose is an IBUYPOWER Y60 with an I9 Intel CPU and RTX 4070ti Super Graphics card. I bought this computer a couple of days ago and, so far, everything has been perfect. It runs very quietly and has beautiful RGB colors on the fans and RAM. The only complaint I may have is the keyboard that came with it, which I will most likely be upgrading at some point.”

“Where do I begin? I bought an iMac desktop back in 2020, and last year, I noticed it was beginning to run extremely slow, to the point where nothing was opening anymore. Finally, my iMac officially crashed, and I knew I had two options: either fix it or get a new one.I had received a few quotes, but due to the delicacy of my screen, many technicians were reluctant to touch it or were charging an insane fee just to open it. When I spoke to other technicians, it seemed like they were attempting quick fixes on my computer. However, my experience with Zap Computers was night and day.Upon arriving, the technician Julio was very friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed the realm of possibilities regarding what could be wrong with my computer, but he emphasized that we wouldn't know for sure until they opened and examined it. We talked about the delicacy of the screen, and not once did he mention charging me extra, unlike the others.I left my computer overnight, and the next day, he called to inform me exactly what was happening. He presented several options, some cost-effective and others that would enhance my computer's performance beyond its original state. I opted to install a new hard drive, and I cannot begin to tell you how fast my computer is now. It's running faster and better than when I bought it. I can't believe I waited so long to bring it in.Julio and everyone at Zap Computers truly know what they are doing. With several years in the industry, their reputation surpasses itself. If you're looking for honest and reliable technicians, this is it. I'm referring all my friends and family to them.”

I build all my own computers but had a major crash I was not able to fix.and Henry fixed the problem in about 1 hour while I waited and even went the extra mile and fixed other issues that I had as well. “I wanted to upgrade my PC, but didn't want to build it myself this time. I generated a parts list and brought to to Alice Computerworks. They were open to matching the prices I found online for the parts plus another $250 for building and testing. I find this pricing to be very reasonable. Next week my PC was ready for pick up. Jude walked me through the build, including showing off their cable management and relevant software for AIO, lighting, etc. Everything looked great. I have been using my new PC for a couple of weeks now and haven't had any issues. Derek was welcoming and Jude was detailed and honest about the computer build process. If you want a gaming PC and don't know how or don't want to build one, Alice Computerworks is a great option.”

I took it to Best Buy geek squad , I was lucky to encounter Adrian, who told me the realistic probability of what I was facing, but they would give it their best. It was luck that they were able to back up my data because I'm a business owner, and I had multiple files on there . A few days later, I hadn't received my computer. It was still being worked on, but I decided that I need to buy a new one irregardless of this one or not. Gibran help me figure out a computer based on my needs, spent an extensive amount of time educating me -I'm old-school don't know a whole lot about IT. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain it in a way that made me understand what it was. I was purchasing unlike the last time I purchased from Best Buy. I went to pick up my computer today ,and Grace was there. I've had the pleasure of working with Grace on the phone, answering questions, she sends me email updates on the status of what's going on with the computer that is being repaired . Again , extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly. I just want to say thank you guys for saving my Files, getting me hooked up with a brand new computer, and doing it in such a manner that my sent me out the doors a happy customer.”
