I called their main line and was helped right away as they looked into my order and provided with an update saying they had shipped. After calling the other guys and was informed that I would have to go to the junk yard or go to the Dealer to purchase the pigtail connector for the V-Tech and. or get it used from a Private party. NON- SENSE!! Trong The Man not only did he order it on the spot....I didn't have to stop was I was doing and run over there to pay for it. He just told me to come in and get it at 5 pm
