“Today was my new puppy and mines FIRST time using the Pet Wash station at this location and I just want to start by saying the customer Service I received today from Ashley was one for the books. She helped me figure out the shampoo and water hoses. My dog was new to the whole bath situation so he was acting a bit naughty and she came right to my rescue with treats in hand and entertained him so I could finish his bath. She was beyond helpful and just so friendly and nice. I will now be making this my new " home " pet wash place and hope to see her again. Really happy with the service I received today. If I could give 10 stars I would . Thank you again! I hope this review gets seen! She deserves a lot of credit. At least this old lady thinks so!”

“I credit this location with helping my reactive dog feel more comfortable with strangers in general. They're beyond sweet, learning his name, greeting him with smiles and treats every time we come in. Because of them, he isn't fearful of every random person that approaches and the self-serve bath here is a complete back-saver. “I love this place. Everyone that works here is so friendly and crazy helpful. Our car had a major dietary change. We weren't sure what exactly to move to as far as a raw food. A woman working (I wish I remembered her name) helped us narrow down the selection. She was able to give us her personal opinion on multiple products because she herself had used them. The whole place is pleasant. Definitely check them out.”

“Very cute neighborhood pet supply store! I was shopping for a gift for a friend who just got a dog. The employee was super helpful. He asked me questions about the breed and size of dog and asked what kind of activities the owners like to do. He gave wonderful recommendations for a variety of price points and even got specific around the dietary needs for poodles! My friends absolutely love the gift and their dog loves it too. Highly recommend this spot and look forward to coming back again!”

“I live nearby this Pet Food Express, it's smaller than other Pet Food Express locations in the area, but it gets the job done and then some.It has met the needs for me and my dogs, they have a good selection of stuff including a frozen Just Food For Dogs section that we've bought stuff from before.Their scale works, sometimes other stores' scales aren't always working.I mainly go to there because it's one of the locations for VIP Pet Care and they operate on weekends, it used to be Sunday mornings, now it's Saturday afternoon.One tip: While it's not publicized for a lot of their items if you buy 3, you'll get a fourth for free. I'm not sure why it's not more well known, one time buying some bully sticks from there the person at the register told me to get another one. Not related to my experience there, but I also hear Pet Food Express does a lot to help pet charities and shelters.”

“Atmosphere: everything was super clean, and there were tons of places to sit for humans and cats. Overall the place looked better than my own house and was just super nice. Everything was also lit very nicely, not too dark not too bright.Service: The employees were super helpful and kind, they were always there to answer any questions you might have which really elevated the bonding time with the cats.Experience: The cats as you probably guessed were super cute and let me tell you there was no shortage of them. Everywhere you looked there would be a cat, even in the bathroom.”

“Two years ago I began to keep a few hens. El Sobrante Feed is close but I am so glad they are. They carry everything my ladies need. They dispense good advice when asked. They are friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable and they are my " go to" when I have questions. Their prices are affordable.All around great people. they carry supplies for other animals as well.I love my visits there. There's always something new and good conversations, they feel like family.Try them out. You definitely will not regret it!”

“I have been going to Animal Company's for possibly 20 years and I believe we are a very good company as far as if you have to leave town and leave your bird in a kennel they make your dog or cat or birds so right at home feed them properly give them attention Plus cleaning their cages. And have excellent stock of great foods that your animal or your dog or cat or bird or bunny or really love. “Very nice people, as are people who shop there. Nice neighborhood also. My Chihuahua walked out with some new duds and all the fixings. I know the place is fairly new, but there's just a lot of potential there. I hope they really keep going with the concept of what real dog food should be. I fear just like us, the food is leading them to their graves. Makes me sick going to the chains! How many dogs do you know that like crackers (a few). I love my animals, they are living beings, and not lesser life forms, as is the perception of a lot of human beings. We force them into an unnatural, and unforgiving world, as we kill of the rest of them or some other torture practice that we fail to recognize. They deserve better lives.”

“Amber is a PRO at cat washing! I brought my feisty nearly 2 yr old dilute calico in and Amber kept her under control for the wash, condition, & dry! Nail trimming would have been included, but I did that before I came in because I was a bit nervous with how my gal might behave. Plus, that's not the part I have a challenge with. Booked out yes and SO WORTH seeing this HIGHLY EXPERIENCED WOWMAN at work! The price for the wash was very fair. Dynamite pets held true to the appointment time and got us out in less than 1/2 an hour from cat out of the bag to back in. I will definitely be back with my other cats and super happy that I was able to be patient with waiting for today to arrive!”

“I bought a Paco Collar for my now 13 year old dobermann girl before she was even born. One of the jewels came off and without hesitation they sent me, not one, but a whole pack of replacements. Not one has fallen off since. Bear in mind, I live in the UK. The collar is still going strong and will be handed down to the new boy, for hopefully another 13 years ”
