One of the best vendors I have ever worked with. I have used Pacific Standard for over 15 years, and I have always been treated right. They respond quickly and the techs are very knowledgeable about the equipment. They always look for ways for you to save money and they communicate well with you on the status of your equipment. They also charge regular rates on the weekend. They are the only company that I am aware of that does that. Highly recommend!!!

Hands down one of the top 3 (if not the best) commercial kitchen service companies in the Bay Area/Northern California. They have installed, serviced and commissioned multiple things in my kitchen(s). Incredibly knowledgeable on all pieces of cooking equipment, from deep fryers to combi ovens. They even (kindly) pointed out where I had missed some components getting the site ready for an install and they went out to get a part so they could finish the job and not have to come back. These types of businesses only get calls when things are broken. These guys are true professionals that always keep a positive attitude and do what they can to make sure you’re happy before they leave. Not a single complaint or bad thing to say about this company.

With 20+ years of restaurant experience, I've had both good and bad experiences (unfortunately more of the latter) working with an array of vendors and repair services. Pacific Standard will be our first reach-out moving forward. We had a few products installed for an opening and they were able to consult for us based on space available, expected volume/output of each item, etc. We came in to the conversation with ideas seemingly set but ended up being happily swayed towards similar quality products for better pricing. The communication around installation was on point and we were able to meet deadlines because of it. Kevin and his team also made themselves available 7-days a week which for a restaurant with its busiest days falling on Saturday and Sunday is key. All in all, this was a great experience with a reliable company. Reach out to them confidently.

This company is terrible. I wish I had checked their reviews before having them in and insisted on a new group. Short take: Don't hire these guys and if Alto Shaam or any other company assigns them to you, insist on another group.We purchased a $45,000 Alto Shaam combi oven and paid $1,600 to Alto Shaam for a "professional installation" service. Alto Shaam assigned Pacific Standard to do the work.Pacific Standard was incompetent from the beginning. Kevin was our contact point and he was very friendly and helpful while he was taking the easy money for the installation, and then disappeared when the oven didn't work. Kevin didn't know what model we had purchased and gave us wrong direction during the pre-install process. When their installation tech arrived, he was rude and unprofessional. And after they bungled the installation - leaving us without a working oven during a busy production day/week, they didn't even bother to call us back to let us know what was wrong or when we could expect them to return to diagnose and fix the problem. I called him five hours after they had left, and his answer was "What's the problem? Just shove the oven over and plug your other oven in."We produce more than 1,000 meals a day for at risk seniors that depend on our kitchen to produce their food, and Pacific Standard disappeared and left us scrambling all night to disconnect and move this huge, heavy Alto Shaam oven out of the way and figure out how to extend a gas line to get our Montague oven back on the line so that we could cook the next day.The Alto Shaam service team has also been a nightmare to deal with through this process, but that is for another review...

Poor customer service. Took 3 weeks to get my vitamix repaired. I had to follow up multiple times. Was never called back when I was told I would receive an update. If you are looking for a fast turn around time when something vital to your business breaks, this is not the place.

Poor service, improper diagnosis. Charged me for warranty work . Ordered parts and said they were on back order after waiting 2 months. , when I ordered same parts came in 3 days. This is not the company to call for fast and correct repairs. The techs are not qualified .

Real bad service. Technician came in to "repair" a piece of equipment that they claim to "specialize" in and all he did was to look at the machine and say he couldn't fix it. We still got charged!!!. Later on, still trying to give them a chance, I scheduled an appointment to install a part and they promised to come mid-week. By Friday, I call and they said that they will probably make it by next week......Update. January 2020.This was in Los Altos. Terraces at Los Altos about one year ago. And, asking about this incident which happen over a year ago just now just makes your company look much worst. Will adjust review to 3-stars.

The duo Kevin's & Greg are amazing! They made me feel right at home in their own business office. Their communication is outstanding and very prompt. You need to check these guys out and their little Shih Tzu! Best business in Berkley/Albany hands down!
