“I chose to have my sun-damaged dashboard replaced at a local upholstery shop, and they required that my (perfectly fine) windshield be removed for a week for the work to be done (and replaced afterwards). So I contacted Fernanda at Velocity on short notice, and got a very competitive estimate- but she couldn't *promise* that the tech wouldn't break the windshield while doing this- so I took a gamble and decided to do it anyways. I'm happy to report that they were able to remove and re-install it w/o breaking it! Overall, I was very happy with the service I got from Velocity, especially how easy it was to communicate with Fernanda over the phone and text, and how promtly she responded, and how professional she was- and especilly the fact that she squeezed me in, despite the fact that they were busy. The upholsterer, also spoke highly of the service tech that did the work- so I knew I was in good hands. They made it on site and it was ready the next day. Each piece was perfect and delivered exactly what I wanted. I would use them again if I ever need some glass work.”
