“I I have been buying nice clothing from Patrick James since they were in the Campbell Pruneyard in the late 60s I can never go to another store to find the same quality others try but they can't match I've dealt with many of their key personnel and they've helped me in all of my endeavors of clothing. I like nice clothes that last and look good on me. Ollie and Richard are great in Danville. to sum this up, all I could say, is they have quality clothing at a Reasonable price you won't have to look further. There's no other stores like them do yourself a favor and go in and give them a try you will not be sorry Jimmy D.”

“So much to look at. No mater what your looking for he got it. Whether it is hip hop or your a big and tall guy, you can find it even some religious items can be found there and he got great deals. I have never found items like he has at normal malls. So I urge you to go and take a look for your self”
“I am not one to write reviews but from the moment I walked into this Travis Mathew location I felt like I was family. The employees that greeted me as I walked into the Broadway Plaza location were Jack and Mike. I believe Mike is the showroom manager of the location as he was directing and talking to the other employee's to help customers and was recommending items to the people shopping. Jack and Mike helped me select some items as I told them I was going on a golfing trip. I never felt like the two of them were pushing items on me but more of helping me select the best for me and look good. I ended up spending close to $500 and took advantage of an amazing promo they have going on up until memorial day. Highly recommend. I def will be going back again thank you Jack and Mike.”

“This is my go-to suit spot if I don't buy online. I've bought at least 6 suits from here and a couple of dress shoes and shirts. What I like about here is you get to physically see and know what you are purchasing instead of being surprised by online purchases. They have a pretty good selection, and if you don't see what you're looking for, they can get it most of the time. They also have a clearance rack that is very affordable.”

“This is an old school tailor. He was very upfront and frank regarding my request, which I can respect. I walked in with 3 weeks to make a suit for a wedding. I am a LARGE guy but this gentleman pulled it off. He even made special suspenders for me, ensuring the suit looked perfect for me. He work really hard to make it work and he delivered on time. It was not cheap, but I appreciate him going above and beyond! Thanks to his long time assistant Susie as well. Great team!”

“I needed an outfit for a western wear party in a short period of time. I found a wash "n" wear blouse in red with embroidery and a rose embroidered belt that looked great. I had to return to the store to get the belt cut down. The owner took great care to do that for me. The outfit was fantastic with black jeans, black hat and boots.”

To exchange a jacket I was given for Xmas they didn't have my size but a nice. young lady named Adriana helped me find one at two other stores she then called to make sure they did in fact have them she then had them put it on hold for me .. this was great customer service and I greatly appreciated her . “Had to get a shirt last minute for a work event today. Two amazing women helped me. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I asked if they could steam the shirt, which they did. I was able to come back and pick it up the shirt that day. The other stores in the area wouldn't do that. Amazing customer service. Thank you”
“I was looking for some comfortable work shoes. I concluded what better place to look than a store that supplies police and other first responders. The clerk was very patient while I tried on several pair. I settled on some tactical boots. Very comfortable”
“I came across a beautiful peacoat while perusing their Walnut Creek store location while visiting family in Northern California for the holidays. I wasn't 100% sure I wanted that coat as it was the first one I tried on and I like to shop around.Fast forward to a month later and after trying on more than 20 coats from all sorts of designers, I was certain that I wanted the specific R&G jacket, but I couldn't find it in my size online or at any southern California location.I called the Walnut Creek store and one of their reps, Nikki, was so gracious and helpful. Between shipping and payment logistics, it wasn't the easiest transaction to coordinate, but Nikki totally took care of me.So big shout out to Nikki and kudos to Rodd and Gunn for doing an excellent job fostering great customer service. A wonderful showing of the best of New Zealand.”

“I had a child a year ago and I was very nervous to come in and try on jeans for the first time in a year. I grabbed a variety of sizes and when I tried them on I realized none of them fit me. To my surprise, the fitting rooms now have a tablet that shows what you have and you can request different sizes. I requested other sizes and the worker brought them to me quickly, she was wonderful! If it weren’t for the tablet and worker I would’ve just given up, left, and I would have been upset. I had one of the best experiences at this store so far!”
“This Old Navy at THIS LOCATION is one of my very favorite places to shop in this area. More than all the other Old Navy's in the East Bay. This is my first go-to for clothes. Well stocked, well defined areas for kids, women, men, accessories etc. Their brand and styles are great, but not too "out there" or boring. I would say clothes are fun and practical. Value is important - Old Navy clothes wear and wash well...but the time they wear out, the style is out of trend anyway. Clean, bright, safe and no crime worries. Not hectic like at Veranda. Always the best customer service here!”

“I enjoy Ventures selection of goods (really love the expansion to the new space!) and their costumer service is always wonderful. During Covid, the owner literally delivered my purchase to my door. Free of charge. The other day I needed a birthday gift and stopped in on my way home from work, unfortunately only five minutes to closing. It took me a little time to pick out a few things and pay, but they didn't rush me and even offered gift wrap for me. I really believe in 'shop local' and Venture is a great go to.”
