“I had a great experience here today! I always go to this UPS for returns, but I stopped in with 4 boxes of old paper records that I needed to shred. They explained the cost, came to my car to help me bring all the stuff in, placed all the papers in the locked container for me (to be picked up by Iron Mtn) then recycled my boxes. Soooo much easier than going to Staples and I really appreciate the customer service. They made my life so much easier and made the task stress free.”

A gentleman named Justin, who works here, kindly helped me by opening the door and taking my packages. I've never experienced this level of professionalism and care at any other UPS store. “I have been coming to Lafayette Pack and Ship + Print for a couple years now for unusual needs: printing maps, tokens, and more for a homebrewed Dungeons & Dragons campaign. I've asked Ian and Sue to field unusual requests with specific parameters (e.g. printing large custom battle maps in which the grid is perfectly 1"x1") that have often required a fair amount of trial-and-error. Ian and Sue have been patient, resourceful, and extraordinarily friendly as we work together to get my prints just right and marvel at the results. I wouldn't be able to run the home game that I do without them and I look forward to seeing them every time I need to prepare for my next session. This shop is a Lafayette gem!”

“I am so incredibly grateful to all the people who work at this particular store. I have had a lot of problems with my knees while waiting for knee replacements and have been unable to come into the store and bring my Amazon returns! They have been kind enough to come out to my car, retrieve the boxes/packages, carry them in, return everything and bring me out the receipt. They have done all this with a smile, so kind and thoughtful and so patient. For someone who needs a little extra help it is so nice to be able to count on them. This is why this store is such a success. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you, thank you.”

“Came here on a Sunday morning with two large glass-framed precious paintings. We're talking 3 & 4ft sheets of glass. Packing and shipping service, one out to Oklahoma, the other out to New York. Elijah was kind, patient, and genuine, and put my skepticism of them arriving safely, to rest. He explained how they would be packed, and that one required them to custom fit a box because of its measurements. They arrived so well packed it would have taken real effort to damage them. I was so impressed and grateful that that kind of care was given to these. I couldn't possibly be happier. Thank you Moraga UPS and special shout out to Eli (who should be given a raise for his added value to the shop). Thank you.”

“This Post Office is located in the San Leandro Plaza and is open on Saturdays!!When I do have to mail a package, this is where I go!! The main reasons for that is that they usually have multiple windows open and they are open on Saturdays, the only day that I really have time for this. Now, sometimes on said Saturdays there's a long line here, but it moves along decently.The postal workers here are friendly and polite also!!”
“I come by this UPS store every time I’m in town for work to ship out unused materials. Since new ownership took over, what used to be a typical 3-star experience has turned into a solid 5-star one. “I needed to pack and ship a heavy espresso coffee machine to Arizona. I had many questions. Piper welcomed me and began to discuss packing options, etc. When Amar recognized that I was asking about box size requirements, etc., he immediately stepped forward to assist. He, too, was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I entrusted the entire process to them, at a fair cost, and look forward to hearing that the machine arrived in excellent condition. There are other UPS stores closer to my home. I'm now a loyal Danville Blvd fan!”
