She explained the different shipping carriers (USPS vs. UPS vs DHL, etc.), made sure addresses were entered correctly, and helped me navigate import duties. Customer service is amazing here. Even though I don't live in Castro Valley, I'd come back with any package I need shipped because of the level of customer service this location offers!”

The offices are beautiful, conference rooms ideal and the public areas (lobby, restrooms & coffee area) immaculate. Free parking is a definite perk. This is a perfect alternative to a home office!! We just had our holiday party there and everyone loved the location and ambiance!”

“I have been coming to Lafayette Pack and Ship + Print for a couple years now for unusual needs: printing maps, tokens, and more for a homebrewed Dungeons & Dragons campaign. I've asked Ian and Sue to field unusual requests with specific parameters (e.g. printing large custom battle maps in which the grid is perfectly 1"x1") that have often required a fair amount of trial-and-error. Ian and Sue have been patient, resourceful, and extraordinarily friendly as we work together to get my prints just right and marvel at the results. I wouldn't be able to run the home game that I do without them and I look forward to seeing them every time I need to prepare for my next session. This shop is a Lafayette gem!”

“I rented a uhaul truck for my move. The owner was very friendly and gave me a holiday gift of not having to put gas in truck before returning it. Everything went smoothly and I returned the truck and put the key in the drop box. It was way less crowded and easier than going to a regular uhaul place.”

“I had to drop off a DHL package and went to this Postal Annex. I did not have the items packed and the items were in odd size so the lady at the counter, Raju, (who happens to be the owner) spent over 10 minutes with me trying out various boxes, while in between servicing other customers. She was very pleasing to work with. She even found some packing material (air bags, bubble wrap etc) until I was satisfied with the package. The entire process was very efficient and effortless. I will go there for all my future postal needs.”

“Convenient and easy-to-use UPS shopping. It's located in Palos Verdes Mall, which is a small little shopping center in an otherwise residential area. Not a lot of traffic and hassles getting in or out, and this particular location isn't really busy so the service efficiency is very good.
