    Went in to change a windshield wiper because of a broken one that I had, then a very respectful and kind employee named Adrian helped us find the correct windshield wiper with the right price, but not only that, he also offered to replace it for us which in fact he did.     Great customer service - they honor their warranties and help you find what you need and learn how to install it. Adrian is great and I’ve enjoyed working with him on a couple of projects.

    This O’Reilly is awesome! It’s really hard to find basic tools and automotive parts in Alameda, this store fills the gap. Everything from new battery to cleaning, detailing supplies AND tools!
