“One of the best mechanics I’ve worked with. I had an issue that several dealers couldn’t fix and he was so thoughtful and thorough. Also so reasonably priced. I feel infinitely safer in my car thanks to him.”

“They work on all of my family's cars and are incredibly reliable! They've always been trustworthy and fair with pricing, and explain all possible options for service. This included aftermarket parts when I needed a new suspension, which most people wouldn't. Chris is always friendly, happy to help, and very communicative about what's going on. I will happily bring my car here every time I need help!”

“Fantastic service, very professional! I needed a smog check later in the day, and they took me in and I was out of there in just about an hour. I really appreciate their willingness to just do a smog check on an out of state car!”

“Craig and his team provide the kind of service your grandpa talks about: honest, professional and more than reasonably priced. His team and service rekindle the small town, old times trustworthy and hardworking ethic that drives a family owned business in a tight community. Highly recommend this gem of a shop!!”

“Let me tell you about my experience, up until I found these guys...
I'm a 38-year-old Brazilian guy who has a hard time trusting services provided by American businesses. I often feel like they charge more than they should. I took my 2015 Mercedes C300 to my usual Brazilian mechanic to fix a check engine light. They told me the job would take about 7 hours of labor, the parts would cost around $130, and the total estimate was $600 if they managed to finish it faster. I was okay with that, but I asked if they could provide a loaner car while mine was being fixed. I have a 10-month-old baby and unfortunately, they didn't have one. Because of that, I didn't go through with the repair and ended up driving the car for almost a month.
Eventually, I decided to try a different mechanic. I called multiple places, comparing prices, and finally decided to visit European Auto Repair in person without an appointment. They gave me the best customer service I've experienced in my six years living in America. They actually listened to me and addressed my concerns.
They were the ONLY place that checked if my car was still covered by an extended Mercedes warranty. They even contacted someone at Mercedes-Benz of Fremont on my behalf. Thanks to their effort, my car was fixed for free at Mercedes Fremont, and I even got a rental car while the repair was being done.
So here I am, truly grateful to European Auto Repair for what they did. They could have just charged me like any other shop, but instead, they gave me the kind of support customers should expect from businesses these days. They've earned a new loyal client, and I highly recommend anyone to do business with them!”
