“San Leandro Farnsworth is by far my favorite bank to go to where they treat you very well. They are very friendly. I can’t say I’ve had the same experience with other branches as they are often rude or extremely rude to the point where I’ve thought twice about removing my money and closing my account. But this bank is more pleasant to the point where I had changed my mind. If I ever needed to go into a branch for whatever reason, I would definitely just make time to go here.”

“VERY nice, helpful and accommodating. Offer to non members to cash checks drawn from an patelco account fee free and minimum verification requirements. And I arrived 8 minutes before closing and they were actually still open till 6pm. Which is what the time are stated online and did not close 5-10 minutes early like others do!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this credit union.”
“This bank is no nonsense. I went there on Saturday for some clerical work without any appointment. The lady in charge was very professional with a smile. I have my case done in no time. Her dedication to the customer is a plus. The teller inside are very professional and well manner and always eager to help. The Bank is tidy and neat. The Bank is not crowded and I have my needs done less then 20 minutes. I give a 5 stars because of their profession ism and customer care. Thank You Fremont Bank.”

“Thank you to Vaibhav for your help with my new credit card application!This chase bank has been my go-to for years. Mostly for convenience since it's so close to home and I can stop by quickly during a Safeway run. I typically just use the ATMs outside but sometimes I have also used their ATM inside when I've needed to withdraw/deposit a large amount.Most recently I wanted to apply for a new credit card and Vaibhav was so helpful. He explained the pros and cons of each option and made sure to answer all my questions thoroughly (and I had a lot about how it would affect my credit, which would be better in the long run, etc). He even was flexible when I needed to schedule a last minute appointment the next day. Grateful for the accommodation!”
“Let me start off with this.... my boyfriend & I originally made an appointment with Rosie at the E14th location but before we walked into the bank the doors were locked. I was like something happened cuz there's hella police! So I called & was advised to go to the Bayfair location. We found out from a customer that was inside the bank that they had been robbed! Thank God we didn't come early! So now this review is for the Bayfair location. The bank was packed! I'm guessing it was crowded because every customer was being diverted to this location. I'm glad we were too otherwise we wouldn't of had the best customer service in banking history. Myisha LITERALLY took her time with my boyfriend, his brother and I. We were there for about 2 1/2 hours! We had such a complicated transaction due to the circumstances. I'm not going to go in detail but do know that Myisha had great customer service, compassion, funny and sympathetic all rolled into one. I can't stress this enough how she took her time with us! We all walked out SATISFIED! And at the end of the day she told us where to eat! Thank you Myisha! You're the best!”

“I've been coming to this bank for a couple years now and never had a problem. Sometimes there is a line for the ATM but it moves fairly quickly since there are 4 machines available for use. There is also a security guard on watch next to the ATM so I like the added sense of safety. The line to see the teller takes longer because there are only 2 windows open, but I understand the need to socially distance and keep everyone safe. The tellers are helpful and patient with my questions.”
“As I was standing in line on a busy Saturday, I was approached by Angel and asked if I needed to make a deposit. I told her I needed a direct deposit form and a temporary debit card. She immediately took me out of the line and brought me to Bertha's office. Luckily, the 12pm appointment did not show and was able to help me. I had a few questions regarding my accounts and Bertha answered with great explanation. I was surprised with the customer service that I recieved today and wanted to give a shout out to these lovely ladies!”
“10 stars for Jackie she went above and beyond for me help me deposit my money got me ready for my decrit deposit and even set up my mobile app pay account she made everything so easy and understandable all while being so sweet and nice she made me feel more then just a costumer 16 years with Wells Fargo I never got that type of hospitality glad I made the change and glad Jackie was the one too assist me.”

“Been with Bank of America for over 20 years now. Been visiting this branch for over 10 years. They have been exceptionally good to me. Customer service is always friendly and prompt. Although the wait time during busy hours can be very VERY Long. But this is to be expected and you can't blame them for this since everyone wants to do their banking at the time same. TIP: try to bank off hours. Also, I wanted to take photos of the bank from the inside. But when asked, they did NOT give me permission. However, they said I could take photos from the outside. The ATM Machines are easily accessible, but that makes me a little unsafe from using them at night. None the less, I enjoy banking here!”
