Marina village was a good placevery good peoples. I just once thanks to the county for doing something like this.

Cardea Health now runs a medical program for the homeless through the hotel. There are loud, obnoxious people in the parking lot at all hours, often smoking.

Good experience! It's not the most luxurious but it's super quiet when I visited. Walking to the water at night without seeing another person is a nice retreat from the busy city.The rooms are OK! AC works great. Showers work and are pretty clean.
