“I rented a car from Enterprise at Oakland airport on January 6, 2024 and had a great experience. The agents that checked me in upon arrival were professional, kind, warm and friendly. Each of them gave me a warning to not leave valuables in the car as thefts were on the rise in the area. I was given a brand new 2024 Nissan Maxima which I thoroughly enjoyed driving. The car was clean and without issue. My rental experience was great. I mentioned I had to be at the airport at 4am for my return flight and they said the location was only open for drop off only and that it would be safe. On the return, it wasn't as seamless as I expected, as there wasn't any Enterprise signage on the outer road that would lead me to the return location. I could see their well lit building, but there was no entrance there. Every other agency had their name displayed on signage at the entrances off the outer road. I drove around the perimeter for 10 minutes looking for the entrance. I was so frustrated that I turned into Avis' section hoping I could weave my way around to Enterprise somehow, but I couldn't. I was stuck. Thankfully, an Avis rep approached the car as I drove in circles as he knew I was lost. He said I was lucky I pulled in there because Avis is the only company that staffs someone 24 hours. He moved his vehicle and let me out and was able to guide me to the right entrance. The Enterprise sign was only visible if you looked down at the end of the driveway. Good thing he was there, because I would have been at risk for missing my flight. I would strongly suggest an Enterprise sign be put with the stack of other rental agency signs to make it easier. But, until they do, just "remember the Alamo", as they have a sign and it's that driveway you want.”

“I've used Enterprise Rent-a-Car exclusively for all the rentals I have needed for quite a number of years. I recently had what began as a slightly UN-pleasant experience (the car I picked up had a light on the dashboard indicating something was wrong) but Enterprise immediately made things better! They gave me a different car (and it was an upgrade from the car I had had originally) AND when the time came to return the rental, they took a significant amount off of the total cost of the rental. Every member of the staff I spoke to were very cordial, friendly, and accommodating, and that counts for a lot with me. I will stick with Enterprise!”

“Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I work in orinda and have had this nasty noise coming from my rear wheel. 2 mechanics before taking it here told me they were “unsure” what the noise was. Jaimie, an incredible service advisor got me in within an hour of talking to him. Come to find out I was basically driving around a death machine due to bad prior mechanic work. Pete was the tech that got me all fixed and back on the road in an hour ! Would 1000000% recommend if you are looking for a fair, competent shop to take care of your prize possession, or even just your daily driver. Great price too!”

“Wasn't planning to rent from an elite company that caters to private jet flyers, which I am not, but after an accident that made me need a rental car immediately on a weekend when no regular rental place within 30 miles had any cars, I had no choice. Go Rentals is not partnered with my insurance, so I was leery, but they could not have been more accommodating. Every single person I interacted with on the phone or in person was so helpful and professional. Super supportive crew who went out of their way to help me figure out options to get the car back and were very understanding of my insurance situation. I didn't know they existed, back behind the airport in the private jet lobby, but am so glad I found them. Excellent service!!”

“I rented a car for 24 hours and Zaire was excellent. He apologized for the wait, even though it was for less than 5 minutes. No hassle, not pushy about trying to sell me on extra coverage, just took care of business with politeness and speed. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the car only had one functional speaker (at least that's what it sounded like) and it stopped working after about 2 minutes and never came back on again. Not a big deal for me but if I had a long drive, I would have been disappointed. Other than that, I'm definitely renting from there again since it's so close to my house.”

“This spot is more of a no frills type of car rental but that's what I prefer. You might miss the turn in off mission of you're driving too fast, but I'd definitely recommend this place! I especially like how they don't try n pressure you into buying a bunch of unnecessary extras like most other large chains. Pricing is great. Picking up my rentals are always quick and easy, same with returns. Plus, I've never had to compete with lines/crowds like at enterprise.”

I chose the van - Chrysler Pacifica - and had a fun time for a week.I was renting because my car was in the autobody shop, and it was taking longer than expected so I rented a RAV4 after that.Budget and Wayne in particular were great at directing me how to get it the best value car and the best deal online. I would give 10 stars if possible, and felt so impressed that I gave Wayne a $20 tip.The location looks rough, but don’t let that put you off. The area is getting redeveloped and so the old steel factory is getting re-purposed. If you’re cool with colorful graffiti, this is the place to get the best deal in town”
