I had to go to this location 3 times to get my Live Scan results submitted correctly. The first time, the rep was late to the appointment by over 10 min and the second time, they missed the appointment altogether and I had to come back the day after. Was taken care of quickly for fingerprinting. She even locked the door so my toddler could finish his nap while I went back to the other room
