“Love this location - always in and out quickly with Amazon returns. The only downside is that the cell service is kind of spotty inside the store, so make sure to take a screen shot of your return QR code because you prob won't be able to pull it up when you're inside. Staff is always great here!”

“I had two items to return to Amazon and because of the items I couldn't take it to Kohls where they just take the items and put it in their own bags and return it. Since this was my first time returning something to a UPS store, I thought it would be the same process. The clerk let me know that I had chosen customer packaging but said they would put the items together and process the return, which they didn't have to do since it was my error. They were very accommodating, great customer service.”

Singh at the UPS Store #1055 in Thousand Oaks was SO kind and took the time with me to understand the importance of the piece, and to make sure it was properly wrapped so it was not damaged in transit. It got to my brother intact - and my brother was so grateful to get it. He even told me, "Whoever packed this up did a GREAT job!!"
