“While I am always happy with everyone here at Arroyo Oaks Medical, this review is specifically addressing Dr. Amit Monga and Katie, who is Dr. Monga's nurse (and his right and left arms)!We really never thought that we would ever have the same level of respect for an internist after our doctor left this practice to go into research. We so loved and respected her. I truly knew at my first visit with Dr. Amit Monga, back in July of 2017, that I felt very comfortable and confident with his care. Over the last 5 years, I have grown to have tremendous respect for him. He is so knowledgeable, but never assumes anything. He truly listens to his patients and is a true patient advocate, which is so difficult to find these days in a world of corporate medicine. My family feels the same way. Our son has learning disabilities and Dr. Monga treats him with the same level of respect that he treats all his patients with, but always allows our son the extra time to communicate his needs and current health concerns. We have told her many times that she is never allowed to retire. “I have been going to see my doctor, Nurse Practitioner Norinda Kremicki for over 20 years. I have been very happy with the service I have received over the years. She is competent and very pleasant in her bedside manner. She cares about you and has always been very involved in my care. She has referred me to some excellent doctors. She has become our family doctor.I have also seen several of the other doctors in the office and they have been very helpful in diagnosing medical issues and then referring out to specialists.Wait times in the waiting room can range from 5 to 20 minutes, but it's a doctors office. What else would you expect? Waiting room is never never filled to the brim like my orthopaedic doctor's office. Nursing staff is always pleasant and caring.My only gripe is that within the last year when you call the office, the call gets directed to a call center far away.I recommend this office of Health Care Partners.”

She caught my diabetes immediately, 3 years ago, and listened when I said after a year that I couldn't tolerate the side effects of the medication, and helped me remedy that.
