“These guys are the best! My dryer was making noise for a while, but I hesitated to call a repair person because of the bad experiences I had in the recent past when I called another company. Finally my washer also stopped working. Someone suggested that I call Buzz and I'm glad I did. They're fast, honest and know what they're doing. They went out of their way to help. They fixed my dyer and sold me a used washer that works better than the previous one ever did. I had a slight problem the next day, they came right out and fixed it in no time. I'm so glad I called them!”

“Oh my goodness, Tyson is absolutely the best! He is dealing right now with being so overworked because two other vacuum repair places have gone out of business in Thousand Oaks recently. The problem with my Dyson was very weird and it took a couple of tries, and yet he made it right. Although he’s terribly overworked right now, and therefore was a little slow, I expect that to pick up in the future when he catches up with the overload. I highly recommend this place. “Had come to this home depot with my mother to pick up a particular light bulb wasn't sure which one was correct and fortunately *not sure if this was employee but handed us card after* Dana Kristoff help us out didn't make us feel dumb for asking simple questions, just directed us where we needed and happily helped. “First and foremost Kyle was great to work with. My family and I walked in 30 minutes before they closed and Kyle gave us his full attention, listened to and understood our needs before making any recommendations. His recs and guidance were spot on and we couldn't be happier with the range and microwave we purchased through WDC.
On top of all that the installation guys were top notch. When the first pair of guys came we asked if they could not use a dolly since we had new floors and were worried about them being scratched. The recommended a 4 man crew so they could lift it and be sure to not scratch anything. We chose that option and do not regret it AT ALL! The crew that came out was very professional, efficient and helpful.
Overall I HIGHLY recommend WDC, when we have needs in the future I'll definitely reach out as well as send my friends and family here as well.”
