“I have been with Bear Valley Apatite Storage since 2012. I have moved units about 3 times within BVAS and have always been very happy with their customer service, their payments reminders ( THANK GOODNESS ) and never once have I heard in the entire time that I have been there, I have never heard of any security issues happening.Staff are very caring, compassionate and helpful. I can't bring myself to leave unless I Finally HAVE to leave. I will never use another storage facility up here in the HD. I am ONLY comfortable with BVAS and have recommended & brought in family over the years to use this company with their needs.”

“I was in search of a storge close to my house since I have a baby on the way and I needed to clear out the extra bedroom to make into a nursery. The staff is nice, they have a lot of different unit sizes which is awesome. I believe they even have a RV storge option. The prices aren't bad at all. It's gated and secured well. They have decent hours. I am pleased with this location.”

“U-Haul customer service in San Clemente took the time to locate a hitch for my 1996 4x4 Truck, they kept me informed and worked me in their busy schedule. Their mechanic then worked around the custom bumper I had installed to make it work perfect. It took twice as long as it would have taken if I had on the standard bumper but he did it with a smile and didn't try to charge me anything extra. The guy cleaning up the yard while I waited impressed me with his work ethic and was happy and friendly. Nice to see someone thankful and enjoying their job in these difficult times. It was a Sunday so I couldn't thank the manager at the time, but if you read this I want to thank you and your crew for being so nice and informative. The three people I mentioned couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Can't wait to use my new hitch to put the used boat I just bought in the water. Thanks, Craig F”

“I came in before my appt time and didn't have to wait for my rental. Jesus (owner?) was friendly, thorough, and professional. I expected to pay about $30 total, I was only moving one bed and didn't really want to pay $30 to do it. When I checked the truck in, two hours later, he gave me a few discounts. I only paid $14. In today's economy, that was a nice break!”

You do have to do everything by yourself when it comes to renting the U-Haul due to the COVID-19 no contact, so I understand! When I needed assistance I pushed the Ringdoor Bell and they were nice to direct me to the U-Haul # in the window. Returning was the same way...easy!”
