“I live near the area and this UPS store is 10 minutes away from My Home. Every time that I enter the store, I'm always greeted by an employee. One employee that stands out the most. Her name is Brenda. Brenda is always nice and professional to her staff members and customers that come into the store. She has a lot of patience and does not get frustrated easily as I've seen other UPS workers have in the past. She is a seasoned professional and makes the store a welcoming environment. Every time I go into the store I've see Brenda make other customers feel the same way. Whenever I need to process my Amazon returns or shipping or printing needs. UPS is a great store to get everything done in one shot. They offer, great values for customers that provide all our needs in one location. It can get busy at times. However, if you go early enough in the day, you'll be able to be any rushes.”
“The employees are professional, attentive to a person's needs, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The only issue that I see is they charge double what the Post Office charges. An example would be Priority Mail is around $20 vs Post Office around $10. But the place is kept clean and organized.”

“trying to reach the building to speak to someone that can help me with my application. i had a problem with my I9 information which led me to spend 2 hours on the phone with the UPS support team and after being transferred numerous times just decided to leave the incorrect information and just get my orientation day and then speak to someone that day and resolve the issue, but since i was stuck with that all slots were tooken and ive requested more available time slots. i wish i could just re apply or speak to an actually member of HR for help. if anybody or a building representative can please help me in this situation id appreciate it.”
“Madison was very helpful, even though she was the only one working and had multiple customers waiting on her and about 5 phone calls come in while I was there she kept her calm and stayed extremely friendly and professional.”
“Very professional and fast service. I came here for live scan fingerprinting and I was a walk in and they helped me immediately. Extremely friendly and patient and eager to help!!! Camryn did my love scanning. Courtney and Hanna were very helpful at checking me in and directing me on where to go!! Definitely recommend”

“Stood at the Victorville location for 30 mins, and still had 9 people in front of me, as I left, the line was maybe 8 people behind me and growing, so I went to the Spring valley location, and BOOM!! literally 5 mins I was done and gone. As soon as I walked in, the young lady who was with a customer turned and asked how she could help.. wonderful experience compared to so many disappointments with the lack of staffing.. “Update: still only 2 workers, but usually 1 and the line gets long before someone else comes out. I love the mailman that comes because he's friendly and will answer questions. I think his name is Mario. /Good cust srv. As fast as can be expected with usually 2 workers. I've applied but it's like fort Knox to get hired there.”
