“I live near the area and this UPS store is 10 minutes away from My Home. Every time that I enter the store, I'm always greeted by an employee. One employee that stands out the most. Her name is Brenda. Brenda is always nice and professional to her staff members and customers that come into the store. She has a lot of patience and does not get frustrated easily as I've seen other UPS workers have in the past. She is a seasoned professional and makes the store a welcoming environment. Every time I go into the store I've see Brenda make other customers feel the same way. Whenever I need to process my Amazon returns or shipping or printing needs. UPS is a great store to get everything done in one shot. They offer, great values for customers that provide all our needs in one location. It can get busy at times. However, if you go early enough in the day, you'll be able to be any rushes.”

After having mail and packages stolen from my house not once, but twice, I decided to get rental mailbox. After calling around, Apple Valley Postal had the best prices around. The store is very clean, protected with cameras, and the owner, Val, is funny, kind and went out of her way to make the rental process fast and simple. They took care of packing and shipping all my Christmas presents and everything got to my family in perfect condition and on time. The staff is helpful, friendly, and always happy to see me when I pick up my mail. I can't recommend this place enough.”

“The workers are so nice inside. I cannot complain a single bit about them and I don’t understand some people saying they’re rude. The guy knows me by my name just from seeing me a few times and I think he might even have my box number down. Both employees are very kind, they don’t rush you when you need help. They’re awesome. Now the United States postal service is a whole different beast. So often my packages get lost or can’t be delivered. Always something it seems. Even when I put my address exactly as I’m supposed to, (usually that’s when it is definitely getting marked undeliverable), it will get sent back. It’s not this locations fault. It’s the distribution center in SB I'm assuming, but no complaints about the people at this location.”

And have private mailboxes as . They ship both UPS and USPS . The owner was super helpful,this being my first time sending a UPS package . Real convenient and close to home .”

I think his name is Mario. /Good cust srv. As fast as can be expected with usually 2 workers. I've applied but it's like fort Knox to get hired there.”
