Alejandro, thank you man.I went in for a simple issue and was in and out in under 10 mins. He listened, answered my questions and was tasked focus.This is how services should be.

The guy who was working overthere with the long hair didn't help me as I expected. He could help me better,but he just told me I have to figure it out by myself because he has another customer!!!! (The time he spent answering my question was less than 30 seconds!!!)

Very friendly people, the were very helpfull for us. Good service to get our prepaid SIM for our holiday in Canada up and running!
