“The store is inviting and well laid-out like the many other jewelry stores in Richmond Centre. I do appreciate the noted discounts provided by the store rather than having to ask staff about them for every item!
However, where the store stands out compared to all the others is Richard. Richard went above and beyond to ensure I would receive my gold wedding band before my flight to Japan for my wedding. Even when it seemed like it may arrive a day or two late he was able to get it to me because he cared and knew how important it was.
I was in the market for a new watch and that was where Richard's knowledge and insight along with his superior customer service really shined. He was able to explain each watch that I viewed and tried on, even making some recommendations and reminded me there is no pressure to buy.
It's safe to say Ann-Louise Jewellers has a life long customer because of Richard.
