I had my necklace and diamond ring customized, the design and finish came out the way i expected with the appraisal certificate! So satisfied! Their work is amazing! They also do repairs with reasonable charge.I highly recommend this store, for customization, repairs etc. They have tons of jewelry selections that you can choose and they do layaway as well.”
“I have been interested in the blue dial Duoface Reverso Tribute for quite a while. It was one of a few watches I plan to acquire but not sure which one to get first. Last week, while I was shopping around this boutique, I took an unplanned visit to this boutique and saw the Reverso in the real thing. Under the spotlight, it was amazing! I love this watch immediately. I moved the Reverso to the top of my watch list and came back to the boutique to buy it the next week. Charlie is such a wonderful person. We talked about watches generally, and he showed me the history of the Reverso and some very unique models, which I did not previously know. I enjoyed the visit, as Charlie was very friendly and chatted with me like an old friend. This watch immediately becomes my favorite in my collection. Will definitely keep in touch with this boutique for any new models that may be coming out in the future.Perhaps because of the angle of the camera, the watch looks bigger in picture than its real size. It looks absolutely perfect on my wrist.”

“We had a wonderful experience in David Yurman. Our wedding anniversary is coming and being on vacations from a small US city we were shopping for a diamond ring in Vancouver. Sells representative, Ms. Kendy Chan was the most helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for. However, at some point it became obvious that we will not make a purchase in Canada (12% tax rather than 6% and possibly duty on the border). Regardless, she gave us the most of attention. After returning to the US, we ordered the same ring from New York city. We were very impressed with Ms. Chan’s fantastic customer service and her dedication to David Yurman and its customers. “I recently purchased the Girard Perregaux Laureato 38mm with a stunning copper dial, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at the Montecristo Downtown location.It was a long wait for this watch and Sunmi the sales rep followed up with me very well. It might be the first copper dial in the Western Canada.The sales person, Sunmi, was incredibly friendly and honest in her opinion on the brand and the Laureato collection in particular. Sunmi patiently answered all my questions, explained the watch's unique features and design, and gave me plenty of time to try on.I never felt pressured to make a purchase, but when I decided to go ahead with the copper dial Laureato, Sunmi made the process smooth and effortless. She carefully explained the warranty, the servicing requirements, and provided me with all the necessary documents and receipts.Overall, I highly recommend Girard Perregaux and especially at the Montecristo Downtown. If you're in the market for a luxury timepiece Sunmi with Montecristo Downtown is the one to go to.”

We went back to this Montblanc Alberni St store because we had received IMPECCABLE SERVICE FROM MUSI CIFTCI when my daughter bought her fountain pen and ink cartridges and my son bought his ink cartridges from him. “Always a nice experience and they have comfortable waiting couches for me to sit on while the wife takes a look around. Originally wife wanted to go in and get here rings cleaned, but since it was going to take three hours she decided to just take a look around the shop and see if there was something else she needed/wanted. She didn't find anything this trip but as always the staff is always very attentive and helpful. Me I just enjoy my waiting couches until it comes time to pay for what she picks out.”
