“I had an excellent experience at Gurus Cell Phone Repairs. The technician Fardeen was not only proficient and fast but also offered great value. He initially quoted me a fair price for my screen repair, and when he discovered that my charging port was broken, he gave me a discounted rate for that too.
To top it off, when I mentioned that my phone case was broken, he provided me with a quality replacement and threw in a free screen protector and installation for the screen. The screen protector had no dust or bubbles. Perfect installation. He even installed the case for me, which was a nice touch.
I also had an issue with WhatsApp not syncing, and he patiently backed up my data and helped me transfer my SIM card to a spare phone to ensure check the syncing was OK. I still needed to export some chat but his patience and dedication to making sure all my concerns were addressed were truly impressive. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing quick, reliable, and affordable phone repairs! He said come back if you need anything else repaired. I will definitely return. Thank you Fardeen for rescuing my phone.”
