“Such a good shopping experience!! Literally every single staff member I spoke to was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I thought the fitting room staff did an amazing job at managing the long line and fully supporting people currently fitting. They were finding sizes for everyone, giving them great advice and other options.When it was my turn to try on, I literally got the wrong size in everything :( The lady helped me figure out my right size, and brought them to me very quickly! She also didn’t make me feel bad about my dumb mistake. Told me about the fit of the jeans and how they’ll react over time. So sweet, efficient, and knowledgeable! Other staff members knocked periodically to ask if I was ok/needed help/needed a different size. I didn’t find that I was being rushed, despite the area being pretty fast paced with them running different sizes for people.I’m usually someone that shops online because I prefer not interacting with people, but when it comes to jeans I really need to try them on first. I was pleasantly surprised that all the staff at this location were all wonderful. Definitely recommend coming to this Levi’s if you need jeans! It’s a well kept and well staffed store and the outlet area always has good deals.I wish I remembered their names but I was in on a Saturday afternoon, around 3-4 pm on May 18. From the fitting room to the cash register, service was unbelievably thorough. Thanks so much Levi’s Outlet Store! ?”

“Officially licensed T-shirts of Pokemon, Minecraft, etc. are sometimes lined up in the sale area, so you can get a good deal. You can check the price at the price checker before taking it to the checkout, so you don't have to worry about it (there are also items that customers have returned at random).”
“It seems the rebrand of Abercrombie was made with 30 year olds in mind, those who grew up with AF back in the day, and I'm here for it. This was one of the only stores where I could find nice jeans that have stretch! My only issue is that the prices here just aren't great. The sweatshirts are higher than Aritzia prices for no reason, they are of equal quality if not even a bit less.”

“I stopped by the Uniqulo in Richmond yesterday and had a great experience that I wanted to share. I bought 3 crew neck sweaters in different colors but XS size is only available online. A staff named Momoka was so patient to assist me with the entire purchase from downloading the Uniqlo app, setting up the account, completing the transaction. The staff was very caring and patient. The customer service was highly impressive.”

“I love this store! Edvin and another gentleman near the dressing room yesterday evening were incredibly helpful. They really understood my taste and what I was looking for. The collection is fantastic, and the discounts are great. However, I did have a bit of an awkward encounter with the supervisor. I didn't want her help; I preferred to wait for the specific employee who understood my preferences better. She was insistent that I ask her for help, but it wasn't very useful to me. HIRE A BETTER SUPERVISOR/STORE MANAGER. Also, her attitude is just weird. Nonetheless, I had a nice experience overall. Kudos to Edvin and the team for their excellent service!”
