“BC Gadgets was amazing. They provide exceptional customer service. They were able to get my battery replaced on my S21 with no notice. Got seniors discount as well. Very friendly environment to just sit and chill while they fix your phone. They double checked that it was actually my battery and then followed up the next day to make sure all was OK. Would go back again. Deep was great!”
“I gave them 5 stars because i brought in my msi gaming laptop , to get keyboard replaced , the dc port jack inside replaced, and thermal paste redone and a cleaning and they did a wonderful job , i dropped it off at 10am got it back same day , it was around 3:30 got call to pick up , faster if you can have the parts ready if you know like i did , or else they will have to order it. But when they had everything , I got back same day and am very happy ??, I can honestly say i can recommend this place. Thank You”

“Sam the owner has been awesome with his customer services. In the past, I brought in 2 tablets because I couldn’t get it started or I don’t wanted them anymore. So he took care of my tablets. On April 12, I just bought a new phone and he help me transfer all my information from my old phone to my new phone. Wow!!! No one ever done that for me. Great job Sam.
