I made a call and Mike the techie was here same day. He made a quick diagnosis (which I already knew), we had a short chat and he left with my old laptop and returned 2 days later with my new one. He downloaded Bitdefender, did some set up, ran through some training with me , and voila I was up and running right away! I highly recommend them!!”
