“Went to Lugaro today to purchase a watch . The customer service I received was outstanding. I went in with not a huge budget but the staff treated me with the upmost respect. I feel that it can be a bit intimidating buying a watch at some of these places but the staff at Lugaro treated me I feel the same as if I was buying a very expensive watch.”

“I’ve bought a few pieces in Montecristo for several years even when it was still in Victoria Drive. Every visit is a good visit. This time, I brought my ring for resizing. After some considerable research I discovered on their website that Richmond Luxury and Loan offered the best price, updated every day to reflect the market. I contacted Tom by phone and discovered how professional, friendly and helpful they were. Though I was still a bit concerned how legitimate they were, so I read reviews and looked at competitors online. The next day I visited their Richmond location. Highly secure and absolutely above board, Tom and Alex were very experienced, professional and answered all of our concerns. We received exactly what they promised on line and did it in a very business like way. It was a very interesting and positive experience. You can trust their expertise and methods, don't hesitate to try them out.”
“Shopping experience was very friendly. The person I met was very knowledgeable and was very fun to talk to. They introduced all of the watches and made some recommendations based on the information I gave them. Additionally, they had a decent collection available to view, with most name brands I was looking for. Something to note is they provide free adjustments to the watchband (lifetime adjustments with proof of purchase), however, once you adjust the watch band, you can no longer return the watch under normal circumstances. My watch came with a 3 year manufacturers warranty but your mileage may vary.”
“This location is by far the best location, from online orders to pickups in other cities, and online deliveries in different areas of Canada. I will be back. There is no doubt they know what they are selling, and their friendless was why I couldn’t help with the added discount of purchasing two pairs of earrings. Cheers.”
