I had a very pleasant experience today with James. Personally I am not a suit and tie kind of guy and James made every part of the experience comfortable for fitting me with suit and accessories. Thank you James for making everything easy. Awesome customer service!!!

I rented a Tux for me and my son, and everything went smoothly. Junko is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and detail oriented. We had help from Harsh as well and we are very satisfied. I didn't get an appointment, but I was helped regardless and was able to get my rental on time on short notice.
