“I went Saturday morning about 8:45 and was out by 9:55. There are awesome!!! They were quick and very efficient they checked all my fluids and air in my tires. I wouldn't go any other place!!!”
“Since moving from a state where dump trucks, gravel trucks etc must be covered, we have replaced 3 windshields. Auto Glass Now was the best experience so far. Insurance was verified, supplies ordered and all installed in an orderly and timely manner. All this while we ate breakfast at a very good diner .5 block away.

“Finn does a great job for a good price. He’s usually booked our a week or two, which tells you how good he is; good mechanics are always in high demand. It’s worth the wait, though, unless it’s an absolute emergency (in which case, he will probably try to work you in somehow). We’ve been going to Finn for a few years now. We’ve had brakes installed, AC/heating repairs, and I can’t remember what else — always done quickly and for less than anyone else we know of.”

“My Toyota was having a Transmission issue. Three other shops including a Toyota dealership said I needed a new Transmission. AAMCO had it for a couple of days and pinpointed the cause of the issue. The repair cost was a fraction of the cost of a new transmission. I paid it in full. Later the manager, Kristina, called and said their technician found out that a wired connection to the transmission was determined to be at fault and that the repair bill was going to be much less. Having INTEGRITY...they refunded much of what I had already paid. Honesty and integrity go along way with me as they are hard to find these days. If you need car repairs, AAMCO in Springdale Arkansas is the place to go! Ask for Kristina. They will fix you up!!”

“Mike and his team worked on my daughters 2011 VW Tuguan. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and even got me a better deal on the replacement part. They also called when they found other issues and gave me the option to approve the extra work vs. assuming we'd pay, avoiding surprises on the final bill. Despite them being swamped, they were able to accommodate me and had the vehicle back in a week. Highly recommend Faytown for any European vehicle service or maintenance.”
“So here is the thing. I know these places do get a bad rap for being shady for some reasons, but this one store does not. I had my wheel bearings replaced on the front of my truck and they were willing to do so, granted I brought my own parts. Someone got a hold of the district manager and they were very helpful. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.
After looking at other reviews it seems that things do get missed. I think it is something that will happen anywhere as they do have a high volume of people coming through. If there are issues (oil is missing or something like that), be sure to say something before major damage occurs. Be kind to these folks as they do have a hard job working on our vehicles when we don't have the knowledge to. They already have enough frustrations with our vehicles, don't add to the list headaches.”
