“We have Dodge work trucks each with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine. They are older and high mileage, but mostly highway miles. One truck began making a sound similar to a dentist drill which after some research I felt the turbocharger may need some service. I read the reviews and decided on Arkansas Turbo. It's one of the best decisions I ever made. We dropped the turbocharger off and they had it ready the next afternoon with all of the gaskets we needed for installation and it looked like new. After we installed the turbocharger and went for a test ride the truck ran better than it has in a long while. Evidently this should have been done a long time ago. I want to thank Robin, Lynn, and Brandon for the excellent job they did in helping us get back on the road. I highly recommend this company for any turbocharger needs you may have.”

“I stopped by to get a bulb for my front blinker light. Jerry (i think his name tag said Jerry S.) was so sweet and helped me find what i needed. After getting the bulb i went out to the parking lot and was watching videos on how to change it. While i was doing this Jerry had gone to his truck and looked like he was about to head home for the day. He saw me struggling though and parked next to me and helped me not only change the bulb but taught me how so now i am able to do it. He was so kind and didn’t have to take the time to help me. “Before visiting the dealership, I had done extensive online research on the latest Ford Explorer models, comparing the 2024 and 2025 versions. While this research was helpful, you really can't beat seeing the vehicles in person.

“I would absolutely recommend B & J Collision Center to any of my friends, family or coworkers. I had wiped the driver's side mirror off my VW in a tight parking deck in such a way that it could not be easily repaired, but found a matching door in a salvage yard in another city. They wouldn't ship to a residence, but B & J let me have it shipped to them and put it on for a very reasonable price and did not go over the quote even when it was discovered that the salvage yard had snipped the wires, requiring all the wiring to be taken out of the old door.
