“Ben Hamilton sold me a vehicle several years ago. Every single Christmas he sends me a Christmas card. When I went to shop for a new vehicle this time, I had stopped at 3 previous places. I live in Cabot and we just stopped along the way to our ultimate stop, Russell Chevrolet. The other 3 places were unclean, didn’t have much knowledge about their vehicles, or didn’t have what we were looking for.Ben was busy with another customer, but quickly finished to greet me. He is very knowledgeable and made the process go smoothly. He was even excited for me to be getting a new vehicle. He has since followed up with me twice to check if I needed anything. “I needed front and rear wiper blades for my car and, coincidentally, a battery for my riding lawnmower. I called about the wiper blades and Kathy informed me that she had what I needed.After hanging up, I remembered that I wanted to also buy the mower battery at the same place as the wiper blades, if possible, so I called right back to ask if the store happens to also carry riding mower batteries and was told by Kathy that they did.I stopped for both purchases at the NLR store and, when it was my turn, Kathy helped with all purchases. She chose the brand of wiper blades that I had already seen on-line were a good quality.As I was picking up the three blades and my battery off the counter, Kathy asked if the car (for which I bought the blades) was outside. I said, yes, and she asked the man behind the counter if he would help me. I will have help installing the blades this Saturday and told her so, thanked them and left.I recommend this North Little Rock Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts store.”

“We have Dodge work trucks each with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine. They are older and high mileage, but mostly highway miles. One truck began making a sound similar to a dentist drill which after some research I felt the turbocharger may need some service. I read the reviews and decided on Arkansas Turbo. It's one of the best decisions I ever made. We dropped the turbocharger off and they had it ready the next afternoon with all of the gaskets we needed for installation and it looked like new. After we installed the turbocharger and went for a test ride the truck ran better than it has in a long while. Evidently this should have been done a long time ago. I want to thank Robin, Lynn, and Brandon for the excellent job they did in helping us get back on the road. I highly recommend this company for any turbocharger needs you may have.”
