“Michael was my contact at the KAR Shop. When I say this man went above and beyond in service, transparency, communication, quality of work and reassurance, I mean it. I cannot speak highly enough of this shop. I took my 2018 GMC Sierra to a different shop and they tried to charge me 14k for a new engine, I got a second opinion at the KAR Shop and all it needed was a new radiator and water pump savings me 13 thousand dollars. Now my truck drives better than ever
Additionally, my 1997 Land Cruiser needed some love and I had a significant amount of mechanical and engine work and Michael and his team were able to get me all fixed up and they saved me money by finding different work-arounds.

“We had a low tire, aired it back up, took it to the dealership for oil change and asked them to check the tire. They said they did and there were no issues. Tire lost pressure again so we dashed into Plaza near closing time. The staff was super kind and helpful. They took a look and quickly found a 2 inch nail, and had us back on the road in no time. “Ray took care of my tire for me and I came back by and picked it up , normally they fix while you wait but I had some errands to run . The people complaining about talking on the phone with them don’t understand manual labor , this is a tire shop , not Walmart or Firestone where they can afford to chit chat for hours on the phone . stop by ask your question get your tire fix or replaced , that’s how tire repair shops like this work .”

“Jim and his team are amazing! My car loves randomly messing up (thermostat, cam shaft, battery, axle, control arm) and they work miracles keeping that stubborn thing on the road. It's a very welcoming atmosphere and everything is explained at length during the quoting process, and they're always ready to answer questions!
Just gotta update because this is my number one go to, my wife's car broke down due to a bad battery terminal and of course I sent her straight here! As always we recieved exceptional service and she is back on the road!
