Very dissatisfied with there service, I lost my stick on wheel weights under normal conditions,they would not rebalance my tire without charging me, I paid close to 1800.00 dollars for them,Was told by Manager Jim Thayer recheck bal on rotation in NWA,no where,went to another tire dealer,he was wrong, I would not recommend... read full comment

Jim at the rogers shop was very rude and unprofessional, when I called to ask about getting a rim repaired, he was very aggressive and hung up on me! I wouldn't go to this shop if my life depended on it. Save yourself some aggravation and go someplace else, they don't deserve your business.
