Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Jose Luis noticed that I was waiting in line and approached me to help me with an issue I was having, and I was very pleased about that. He was helpful and easy to talk to

It’s a lot different than the Best Buy’s I’m used too. It’s not a bad thing. I love Best Buy. They get the best things to buy.
