“Needed my iPhone screen replaced. Was told there was a 1 year warranty. The screen started acting up within a month so I took it back. They said there was nothing they could do that I would have to purchase another screen. So I did. Now it's been 4 months and the screen is acting up again. Being told there is only a 90 functional warranty now so I will have to pay for another screen.I spoke with the owner and he was very kind. He apologized and is repairing the screen. So I would just recommend talking to the right person when you go there.”

“I went to another cellphone repair shop in town to have a screen replaced. They took twice as long as promised. When I got the phone back, it had a new issue. When you set the phone down, bump it, or move it too fast it would restart. Digital Java was able to get me in, advise me of an accurate timeline, pull apart the phone, diagnose the issue as being a battery connection that was left unplugged by the other shop, and fix my horribly annoying problem all for JUST $50. I am very impressed and will continue to use Digital Java for every device issue I have going forward. And take it from me, don't mess around with any of the competition. I would say "you get what you pay for" but Digital Java has too good of pricing.”

We discussed options and I took the low (less expensive) road. The repair was fast and the tech was charming and helpful. This is my new repair store and a great experience!?”

“Jose was super helpful and definitely deserves some credit for fixing a problem I’ve been having for months. I was suppose to get Fiber for my apartments but any time we asked about it they would often send us in loops. We decided to stop in at this location and after 30 minutes we were able to head home with a timeframe and high hopes! Can’t wait to enjoy that faster speeds since I work with video games”

It was a complicated situation and Aaron problem solved really well and continued to be respectful and encouraging. “My wife and I went into Best Buy to look at high end TV's. We were planning on doing quite a bit of research and then purchasing a TV at a later date.However, a young lady by the name of Lauren and the Best Buy staff were so helpful and well informed on new technology. we felt comfortable purchasing the TV the same day without continuing to research TV's forever...We both hate shopping, especially at Christmas time. So, it was really nice to walk into Best Buy, learn about these complex TV's, purchase a TV with confidence and be out in 37 minutes. This kind of customer service experience is almost unheard of these days.”

“My parents switched over from metro pcs a few months ago, they have been nothing but helpful!Specifically Josh, he was suuuper nice! I remember going in before with my husband and he helped him out- he will tell you the truth and will give you great service! I had to come in yesterday bc my phone wasn’t working and he hooked me up with a great deal, got it all fixed. When I came in today to drop my old one off, he was so nice and patient when the phone started glitching! Even tho the issue wasn’t resolved until a few minutes after close, he didn’t act like he was in a hurry or anything, he just made sure I was taken care of. Phenomenal customer service. I had others help me as well but he was the star employee- I just really appreciate everyone there”

“Zachary was the most helpful person a man could ask for when pursuing new providers of internet, cable, and cellular service. He didn't tire of my father and my countless questions, and literally spent two hours making sure we were accommodated and satisfied with our decision. If you are interested in saving money and going through a provider that will take care of you in store rather than referring you to a call center in a different country, I suggest visiting and considering cox and if you get the opportunity to be helped by Zach you will be more than glad you did. Excellent store and wonderful experience”
