Don't go to this branch. Even more, don't deal with BoA. Appointments are not required but you will wait an hour or more with one. Manager is rude. No one could be bothered to explain anything. And it wasn't this one time, it's been every time. I closed our last account and am very happy with our current bank.

Very poor customer service. Refused to cash a check drawn on their own bank because it was "over the limit that we can for non account holders". Never heard this before from a bank. Sad when I actually expected poor service walking through the door and it's exactly what I received.

Zero stars. We‘ve been with them for 21 years and they could care less. After a very simple matter turned into a stream of mistakes on BofA's end that still have yet to be resolved I've realized it's a top down problem.We couldn’t be more displeased with Bank of America’s customer service. Look up their customer service rating before you join.Today is the last day. We've closed our checking account of 21 years, 3 savings, and our credit card.

Poor customer service was told previously they would honor and Cash a check from them just to get there and be told they won't cash it.

I cashed a $54.14 bank of america check they charged me $8.00. Said they couldn't provide a receipt for the transaction. Because they "don't do receipts". What a joke of a bank I got extorted.

They made me feel like some kind of criminal for cashing a $2000 check from my late mother's nursing home that was written on their bank. Like I was doing something wrong. And then questioned me why I don't just go to my bank and cash it. Very rude.

Very disappointed to find out that when I ordered my new card, the pin was not the same and the only way to update the pin was to setup an appointment inside... but all branches in Northwest Arkansas are closed due to COVID. I understand there is a global pandemic, but this has rendered my debit card useless.Other banks in the area are finding a way to still meet the customers needs, but Bank of America seems to have just quit on its customers.

This bank branch has decided to be open only three days a week but yet has not updated their hours on the door like a professional establishment. Only Bank of America in town so it is quite unhandy and literally a pain to have unusual hours and not notify the clients. The lack of unprofessionalism is appalling.

I'm always disappointed with customer service at this branch. I try to only ever use the ATM here. For example yesterday morning, I attempted to input cash at ATM. Although there was no indication through the machine that it could not receive cash, it would not. I went inside to notify the cashier and the conversation went like this: Me: Did you know the ATM is not receiving cash? Cashier: Yes ma'am it has not since Monday, lightning hit it. Me: Don't you think there should be a sign or something signifying the issue? Cashier: Well I can do that for you here. Me: I would like for you to tell someone to put up a sign, don't you think that would help? Cashier: laughs and processes my transaction Me: I don't know why this is funny to you. Cashier: Have a nice day! Keep in mind that during this whole conversation there was a group of 3 women who work in this office standing right behind this cashier. They were talking about their plans for the weekend while there was a line of people behind me and no one else accepting customers. Bank of America should be ashamed of this branch. Being treated like an inconvenience is typical of all of my experiences at this branch. If I could give a 0 rating I would!
