“Michael was my contact at the KAR Shop. When I say this man went above and beyond in service, transparency, communication, quality of work and reassurance, I mean it. I cannot speak highly enough of this shop. I took my 2018 GMC Sierra to a different shop and they tried to charge me 14k for a new engine, I got a second opinion at the KAR Shop and all it needed was a new radiator and water pump savings me 13 thousand dollars. Now my truck drives better than ever
Additionally, my 1997 Land Cruiser needed some love and I had a significant amount of mechanical and engine work and Michael and his team were able to get me all fixed up and they saved me money by finding different work-arounds.
If you need anything done on your vehicle from a simple oil change to the most extensive job, do yourself a favor and go see Michael at the KAR Shop! Best in NWA.”

“I was referred to Matt by my insurance co. I had purchased a used car that had a headlight cover that was "cloudy." He helped me swiftly and effectively, resolving this issue within minutes. I highly recommend dealing with Jorge for your tire/rim needs!”

I’m scrambling to get rides lined up, but a few hours later they call and say it’s fixed!!!! Yes, I hope I don’t have any more problems, but if I do, I’ll be using them again.”

“I’ve been here twice and had excellent experiences both times. First was five years ago I got my windshield replaced. I got quotes from 5 other places and A&B was the cheapest. Five years later the windshield is perfect.
Second was today. I had reason to believe one of my windows was broken, but only on the inside of the door. I brought it to A&B, and he could have replaced it and charged me and I never would have known it was not broken. But he explained to me that it was not broken and sent me on my way with no charge.”
