He also walked me through his process of inspecting an X5 to ensure those known failure points didn’t cause catastrophic damage. “I had taken my truck to another shop where they said it needed a new motor (they had it from the last week of March until thrid week of August). It was covered under warranty and the shop never followed up on their end and kept blaming the warranty company. Enters Auto Works not only did they diagnose and fix the problem in 2 weeks but they got everything submitted and completed with the warranty company before I even picked it up. Huge plus they also work on antique vehicles. I will 100% use them again. I am thankful for AutoWerks Dealership in Bentonville for recommending these guys.
