“Very knowledgeable, already knew where to start with my issues. Went and dropped off my boat right before Fourth of July and Cliff and Tim still got the job done. We didn’t know much about the boat so we couldn’t get it to start at the lake and he waited at the shop to explain to us how to start it while a boat was sinking in the water ?. Anyways super friendly people and even fixed a couple of things that weren’t the main issue. Highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“These folks are my heroes! I was in Eureka Springs from Louisiana when someone pointed out that my rear tire was about to blow out on my bike. So I quickly phoned Sunrise Honda about 35 miles away and learned that they had a tire in the size I needed to fit my bike. So I held my breath and made a dash for Rogers Arkansas. When I got there around 11am my bike was put back in the garage fairly quickly and within 2 hours I was ready to roll on new rubber. Had they said they couldn't get to it today (Saturday) I would have had to wait until next week to get the work done which would have cost me more to rent my hotel room for additional nights...plus I would not have made it back home Monday in time to return to work from my vacation. Sunrise Honda really saved the day for me!! A huge THANK YOU to the crew for getting me taken care of so quickly and getting me back on the road!!”

“I had a great experience with Payless Auto Salvage in purchasing a replacement tire for my Chrysler 200. It is as easy to find the inventory online using their website and I simply called to confirm. I paid in advance over the phone and they were able to pull the tire off and had it ready for me to pick up the next day. I imagine you can also come to check out the part before purchasing if you prefer. Note that the receipt says no refunds although they may exchange a part if there are others in the junk yard.”

“While at this place I did find several options for my vehicle which was a starter? But where they had this jacked up could not get too? I asked if they would pull the part and they agreed at later date and wanted $45 cash plus tax?? What a rip off!!!! Very disappointed with this business!! It was only 3 bolts for $45 really I had to just leave with no comment. I will never return to them for nothing ever again. Rip offs”
“I was able to purchase two new tires and have them installed all within 10 minutes of pulling into the Auto Center before they closed and guess what? None of the employees who assisted me at the register or the men who completed the hands on labor ever complained once or had a sour attitude about having another vehicle to work on 10 minutes before closing.”
