No one came to help us look for clothes out of our reach. Another worker was on the phone the entire time. Both women were very cold and unwelcoming.

The workers don’t greet they just stare you down and watch you thru out the store. When I come to the mall I always stop by this store, I never find anything worth buying and most of the cute clothes never have size SMALL left. Also the store is super PACKED. It’s hard to get around, everything is snugged together.

I was shopping at the McCain Mall location with my daughter and granddaughter earlier today and, by the way, were the only customers in the store. The store associate never spoke to us. She never acknowledged us and certainly didn't offer any assistance.
