According to Verizon's advertisements that you can upgrade your phone free, i had a fall and broke my phone so i went there, the customer service clerk said i have to pay the balance of my old phone before i can upgrade. Well there advertisements is not really true .

I just left the mountain Verizon store and there is no way that I can explain how great Blake Bryant was in helping me with my I phone. I wish all businesses had customer friendly personnel like this young man. Thanks Blake!
