“Dr. Smith and her staff are absolutely the best veterinarian care I’ve ever experienced.
You will get a straight answer from her but she will deliver with kindness and compassion. She will go above and beyond to help her patients and their fur babies. She makes time to answer questions and make sure you have all that you need during or even between appointments.
Every staff member has been so kind and helpful over the years, loving on our pets as if they were their own. Amanda, who is the in house groomer, has always been wonderful with our dog!
After trying out different vets in each place I’ve lived, no one compares to Dr. Smith. We are so lucky to have her and her team in Conway.”

“I take my dogs here to be groomed bc I've been able to schedule same day appointments every time that I've gone, they are less expensive than other the vet/groomers that I've used previously, and my dogs aren't too difficult for them to handle. For years two of my dogs have required sedation to get even basic grooming services, and a lot of times even with a sedative the groomer/vet still couldn't clip my pit bull's nails. Some how, the groomers at petsense always complete all grooming services and without a sedative or muzzle!”

“We just switched vets due to some uncomfortable interactions for our pets at another local vet. Out West was wonderful with our Mia who is very scared of others but they made her feel comfortable spending time in the room letting her warm up to them before proceeding with the visit! At first I was unsure of them taking her out of the room but looking at it now I think it’s best for her because she is protective of us around strangers! Very friendly staff and comfortable setting for all involved!”
