“Ever since I got my new engine, A/C was out of the question. But after enduring this summer's heat, I decided it was time. While I had booked an appointment online, I decided to make a call in case they had some room. That's all it took and I was taking my car in the same day. Right when I got there they were beyond friendly and welcoming. They were clear with the pricing and had given me multiple options for affordability. My car was in the shop for 2 days and costed $865 for the diagnostic/ A/C compressor. The A/C runs great, nice and cold. I'll for sure be bringing her back to get the check engine light addressed. In less than an hour, Harry brought my truck around and gave me a report. It had a slow leak, and they replaced the valve stem. Harry is always conscientious and does a really good job. Hines got me fixed correctly with top quality parts. I know enough about automotive repair to know whether I need to try the maintenance myself or let a pro do it correctly the first time. Hines got me back on the road and now my truck is running like it had a supercharger installed. I am VERY pleased with their work and attention to detail. “On a cross country trip, our car started shaking in Arkansas so we pulled off at a gas station and they directed us to On Call Tire Service. The guys there were friendly and super helpful. They jumped right on the issue and gave us new tires pretty quickly. They showed us exactly what was wrong and were honest and up front about everything. They had lots of workers so we didn’t have to wait a long time. They had a decent waiting area in the meantime. It felt safe and we appreciated how well everyone treated us. Highly recommend!
