“I forgot I'd heard before about them fixing tires with patches/plugs free but today I needed one and had checked 2 other places that couldn't get to it soon enough (that charged) and I called Austin Brothers who was nice and got me in quickly, fixed my tire, and got me out quickly, all at no charge. Great people/place to do business with. I'll definitely check with them next time I need tires. Local, fair, and friendly.”

“I can't say enough good things about Mr. Geoff & this place. I've been coming here for 5 years. My first experience was in winter of 2017. I took my vehicle to be checked since I was driving to Ohio for Christmas. I asked them to make sure it would be safe for the weather conditions, long distance and to do any repairs. The cost of repairs was more than I anticipated and I didn't have all the money on my card. I asked Mr. Geoff if I could leave to grab my boyfriend's wallet and return to pay. He allowed me to leave in the car (repairs complete & all). That act of kindness alone made me a returning customer. Anytime I need anything done he has the best prices. Service is usually quick & he's extremely honest. Just this month I was quoted $1500 by Crain Kia to fix a few things with my car. I was able to get all of the repairs done here for less than half the price. My car has been running fine since getting the repairs. As long as they're in business and are able to do the work I will bring my car here. This is the only place I refer other people to as well.”

“All of the employees at Best Auto and Tire were very nice and very quick to want to help out... I had work done here after talking to several places and not feeling comfortable. They scheduled me in quick and were waiting on me when I arrived fixed my problem. When I arrived home I noticed some problems. Called them they were quick to tell me to bring truck back, I knew the issue was not from something they did but were quick to fix the issue for no charge. They even looked over my wife's ride because she was asking a few questions about it. I have trust issues especially with mechanics (I have been burnt before) But I will be a future customer of Best Auto and Tire.”

It has been to 3 different repair shops and Mr. Potter finally diagnosed the problem and was honest and transparent the entire time! Excellent customer service! He stayed in touch with me every step of the way. Of course service contract will not cover the cost of repairs, however Mr. Potter did everything he could to help us and keep cost low. “After they completed the oil change, which was very quick, my truck wouldn't start and drive out of the bay. We tried and tried but it just wouldn't start. Their technician and supervisor checked for any possible reason why it would all of a sudden not start. They concluded that the fuel pump had gone out at that very moment. Now, I was very distraught. I recently had a baby (11/30/22) and have been out of work tending to the child (single father, long story, I do have family helping me) so money at the moment is extremely tight. After all was said and done, they were willing to replace the pump, and cover the labor at no charge to me. I couldn't believe it. God blessed me every day, and the fact they were willing is a blessing. In the end my truck did crank and it wasn't necessary for them to replace the pump but the fact they were willing is truly inspiring. I pray the Lord blessed them and their families.”
