“I have had a lot of trouble with a recently purchased used car ? also purchased service contract for said car. It has been to 3 different repair shops and Mr. Potter finally diagnosed the problem and was honest and transparent the entire time! Excellent customer service! He stayed in touch with me every step of the way. Of course service contract will not cover the cost of repairs, however Mr. Potter did everything he could to help us and keep cost low. No surprise cost. I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed!”

“I went in for an oil change and fluid refills, just 20 minutes before the closing time (I wasn’t aware that the shop closed earlier), but still, all of the technicians and the manager there, were still very helpful and very thorough on taking their time to check out my car brakes, did my oil change, vacuumed and cleaned my windows and did some other minor repairs to my vehicle. The manager was very polite, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in layman's terms lol, and honest, regarding the repairs I will be needing done to my vehicle. “After they completed the oil change, which was very quick, my truck wouldn't start and drive out of the bay. We tried and tried but it just wouldn't start. Their technician and supervisor checked for any possible reason why it would all of a sudden not start. They concluded that the fuel pump had gone out at that very moment. Now, I was very distraught. I recently had a baby (11/30/22) and have been out of work tending to the child (single father, long story, I do have family helping me) so money at the moment is extremely tight. After all was said and done, they were willing to replace the pump, and cover the labor at no charge to me. I couldn't believe it. God blessed me every day, and the fact they were willing is a blessing. In the end my truck did crank and it wasn't necessary for them to replace the pump but the fact they were willing is truly inspiring. I pray the Lord blessed them and their families.”

“Take five takes my fleet insurance, and it always very quick and professional. When I go get oil changes, then not only change my oil, but my windshield wipers, my filter, and the filter in the globe blocks a great group of people, everyone who worked in there was professional, very funny, communicated with me, and they even put air in my tires and cleaned my windshield for me before I left. Stand true to claim of 10 minutes, and while they were changing my oil, they also checked and corrected air pressure in tires and replaced an air filter. Made sure I knew how to reset my oil life, too. And the price was good. Definitely returning for my next oil change!”
