My husband and I both work from home and this allows us to have two offices while maintaining a guest bedroom when we need it. We live in Michigan and the furniture was very well packaged and we received it with no damage. Don't be deterred by the installation, it's not difficult. Staff said "Good morning" with a smile upon her face! +1 I needed only 3 items but had to ask 2 different staff for help finding it,they were both friendly. +1 Got to the register and 2 more staff told me I could avoid waiting in line by coming to their register. +1 Two other staff gave compliments on my outfit. +1 Wow, I've never felt so cared for in a big box store! Atop that the current miserable attitudes found across the customer service sector made this shopping experience fantastic.
